STILL A FAMILY BUSINESS
We are a company in the meat sector located in the town of Celrà, in the province of Girona, 50 km from the border with France and between 50 and 100 km from maritime loading docks.
All the animals processed at Càrniques Celrà, S.L. are the result of genetic and nutritional studies, as well as a response to market demands. This ensures the maximum homogeneity and healthiness of our meats.
The company, which began its activity as a cutting plant in October 2011, was created and designed with export trade in mind, and with work flows and personnel capable of meeting international health and hygiene standards. Càrniques Celrà S.L. operates on the basis of a quality assurance system in line with ISO regulations, and has accordingly implemented a HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
Our team of quality assurance experts works tirelessly to ensure that our products meet and exceed regulatory standards and the expectations of our consumers. From farm to table, each product undergoes a series of tests and analyses to ensure its freshness, safety and nutritional quality.
