All our products are fully guaranteed in terms of both quality and food safety, thanks to our quality management system, traceability process and the seal of the official veterinary service.
We have in place a quality assurance system based on ISO regulations that incorporates the necessary and sufficient mechanisms for the operation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
We are certified by SGS ICS IBERICA in accordance with the ISO22.000, BRC + BRC Module 11, and IFS food safety and hygiene standards, and in accordance with the ISO 14001 environmental management standard. We also hold OCA CALITAX certification for traceability from farm (live animals and food) to consumer.
At our processing facilities, we implement thorough quality controls to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety. Our team of trained professionals conducts regular inspections and laboratory testing to detect any potential risks and take corrective action immediately.
